Ingredients:

1) A little less than 1/3 cup meat ( pork/beef, beef chicken or 1-2 times per week organ meat cooked or frozen for 2 months )
2) A little less than 1/3 cup starch ( better ones potate oatmeal rice lentils and barley )
3) More than 1/3 cup veggies ( no garlic or onions – best ones are peas, carrots, green beans, pumpkin, etc)

Instructions:

Mix and serve – makes 1 cup
