Tiger’s Finest Peanut Butter Chews

Ingredients

1/3 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 egg white
1 small splash vanilla
2 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
Mix sugar, milk, water, and 1 cup flour.
There will be a few clumps.
Mix in egg white and vanilla.
Add peanut butter.
Mix well.
Then add remaining 3/4 cup flour.
Mix.
Let sit 10 minutes.
While waiting, grease a cookie sheet.
When 10 minutes are up, pour batter into cookie sheet. Cook for 15 minutes.
When done, let cool. When cooled, cut into 1 inch by 1 inch squares.
Store in airtight containers.
