Experience with Continental Pet Cargo out of Syracuse, NY

After waiting 1.5 to be serviced, placing multiple calls to complain about the wait and lack of service, they finally put my kitten in the crate.

To secure the crate door, they brought a drill and wanted to drill on the top of the crate with the kitten inside!!! Terrifying and unacceptable!

Then I was harassed by the general manager because I complained! Amazing!
