The biggest mistake dog owners make on Valentine’s Day…

…is not acknowledging their dogs' need for love and appreciation!

Who better to shower love upon this Valentine’s Day than the one who loves you best. Our faithful companions, so full of affection and admiration… always there to offer a sympathetic paw when it’s needed most.

Show them how much you appreciate their unfailing dedication by treating them to an extra special Valentine’s Day full of treats, cuddles and new toys.

And what about the hundreds of thousands of dogs across the country that are in need of a loving home? Below we’ll share a few of the many ways you can help save lives.

Why not take this opportunity to create some homemade dog treats?

Often times people associate homemade dog treats with a lot of extra hassle and unnecessary work…”Why not just buy them from the store?” is a common response.

But the truth is that once you make your own homemade dog treats you will be so proud of your healthy creations that you will likely never purchase a box of “Milk Bones” again.

And oh yeah…we forgot to mention that your dog will go crazy for the homemade goodness of these special treats: For an extra special Valentine-themed dog treat, just run over to your local market or dollar store to pick up a heart-shaped cookie cutter to use when shaping the dough.

Does your dog’s bed look like a stained pile of torn fabric and shredded fluff?

Of course it’s very likely that your dog has put much time and effort into the creation of this “ideal” personalized resting place, but it may indeed be time for a new and improved dog bed this Valentine’s Day.

Does your dog love to chew and destroy? Then one of these indestructible dog beds may be the perfect solution!

Is your senior dog in need of some extra orthopedic support for his joints while sleeping? Then he will rest extra well on a therapeutic dog bed.

Can your dog ever have enough organic dog toys?

You may be nodding your head up and down right now, but maybe you should consider tossing some of those slobber filled stuffed animals and trading them in for a new, high quality organic dog toy.

Does your dog live for a good ol’ game of fetch? Then this fetch toy will bring the simple game to new heights for you and your dog.
